A young man (22) saw the police and then threw a loaded pistol and a box with 24 grams of marijuana onto the grass.

The Novi Sad police arrested GV (22) on suspicion of having committed the crimes of unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs and the illicit production, possession, carrying and trafficking of weapons and explosives.

It is suspected that G. V, last night in Veternik, upon seeing members of the police, threw a gun with nine bullets in the frame and a box with about 24 grams of marijuana onto the lawn.

During the search of the apartment, in which the suspect remains unreported, the police also found a small amount of marijuana.

He was ordered to be detained for a maximum of 48 hours and will be taken, with a criminal report, to the superior prosecutor in Novi Sad.
