Today, the Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Petar Petković, briefed the Ambassador of the Russian Federation in Serbia, Aleksandar Bocan-Kharchenko, on the political and security situation in Kosovo and Metohija and the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina.
The meeting statement indicates that Petković briefed the Russian ambassador on the political and security situation in Kosovo and Metohija and informed him about the fact that in the past period there have been more frequent attacks against Serbs and their properties in the southern areas of Ibar.
Petkovic also briefed the ambassador on the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, noting that Belgrade will continue to insist on the implementation of the agreement on the establishment of the Union of Serbian Municipalities, which, as he recalled, is vital for the survival of Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija. .
