The former head of the OSCE Mission in Kosovo, William Walker, claimed that he saw no evidence against former KLA leader Hashim Thaci and others, as well as that he witnessed the events in Racak in January 1999, reports Gazeta Express.

According to that medium, Walker told the world about Fr. “crimes committed by Serbs in Kosovo”.
“In The Hague in the Netherlands, 21 years later, Serbian criminals who committed crimes in Racak and many other places in Kosovo are not being tried, former KLA leaders have been brought to justice,” Walker said.
For this reason, Walker criticized the Special Prosecutor’s Office.
“I have been criticizing the Special Prosecutor’s Office for some time. I said there was a bloody war and the genocide policy of 1998-1999. Many people from Belgrade and the government of Slobodan Milosevic did terrible things in Kosovo. The government of Belgrade treated many people with brutality and many people before that government are responsible for those acts. I often mention that it is President of Serbia Vučić “He was a member of the Slobodan Milosevic government and I am sure he was aware of what was happening in Kosovo,” Walker said.
The former US diplomat called on the international community to establish a tribunal to investigate the generals and ministers of Slobodan Milosevic’s government.
He recalled that the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, called his statements about the massacre in Racak manufactures.

“I know he claimed that my description of what happened in Rijeka was false, so I don’t like the fact that he or any of the generals or government ministers Slobodan milosevic he did not confront the Special Prosecutor’s Office in The Hague. I think that there should be a court that investigates war crimes, serious war crimes, massive war crimes, committed by the Slobodan Milosevic government and those responsible under Milosevic’s command. Have not seen it yet. “I believe that the international community should create a more balanced Special Prosecutor’s Office,” Walker said.
As for the accused KLA leaders, Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselji, Jakup Krasniqi and Redzep Selimi, Walker says he has not seen any evidence implicating war crimes.
“I know all the people who were sent to The Hague, from the President to Kadri Veselji and Jakup Krasniqi. I have not seen any evidence from the Tribunal. They are required to present evidence to see if they can prove their guilt in these circumstances. I have no comment on what the outcome might be, because I didn’t see the evidence or hear the arguments, “Walker said.
Walker was last in Kosovo in January this year, visiting Racak on that occasion on the twenty-first anniversary of the massacre.
