The police found him while he was trying to remove his bloody clothes, for which he is currently charged with the crime of homicide. The Ukrainian Victoria Vovkotrub (42) lived in Italy for several years, and worked as a bartender in a restaurant in that Italian city and as a caregiver.

She and the arrested KB were in a relationship before, for a time they even lived together in an apartment in Brescia, but as the portals of Italy write, it is not clear if at the time of the disappearance of the romance it was still happening … reports By phone, her friend reported her disappearance to the Italian police on 5 November, the Brescia prosecutor’s office was informed and the search began immediately.

Her ex-partner, whom she was apparently the last to see alive, is believed to have caught her eye. The police decided to bring him in for an interview and they found him trying to dispose of three bags in Brescia, in which the police found a locker with traces of blood and other biological evidence that could help shed light on the crime.

A Brescia prosecutor this morning ordered a search of the apartment of a 60-year-old man to determine whether the unfortunate woman was murdered in her home. Investigators from the Forensic Department noticed that the carpet was missing in the apartment and believe KB threw it away to get rid of the biological traces of the Ukrainian woman.

Meanwhile, KB was admitted to the detention unit and before the judge he denied the crime of homicide, which he is currently charged with. His body has yet to be found and the police are continuing the search.
