Milos Miljanovic (33), who entered a cafe in Vracar armed with a mask on his face, entered Serbia illegally, according to our police. He rented the apartment in which he stayed in Vracar for two weeks, but under the name of another person.

As we discovered, the suspect Miljanović lives in Herceg Novi, but was born in Trebinje. Supposedly he worked on ships at once.

Miljanovic, who entered the armed cafe in Vracar three days ago, where the alleged members of the Skaljar clan were sitting at the time, is suspected of having arrived in Serbia on the order of the Kavac clan. As we managed to find out, the apartment in which he was arrested on Nebojsina street in Vracar was rented by someone else in his place for the period of May 7 to 22.

Judging by the security camera footage in the cafe, Miljanovic was searching for his target, but all the guests fled in panic when they saw him.

Milos Nilovic, also known as Runjo, a suspected Skaljar clan member and former gendarme Vojislav Kostic, were also sitting at a table. They were the first to see the armed man and immediately fled behind the bar. Miljanovic followed, but for some reason changed his mind and left the bar. It is unknown at this time whether he lost sight of his target or even found him at the bar.

The police managed to discover the apartment in which this Novljanin was hiding, which is only a few blocks from the café. Police surrounded the building and arrested him, and near him were found weapons and a silicone mask, which Montenegrin clans used during the liquidations, as well as the closet he was in when he broke into the cafe.

For now, he is suspected of illegal possession of weapons, and not of attempted murder, because he did not shoot at a cafe in Vracar.

According to the Serbian police, he entered Serbia illegally. When and who helped him in that, is being investigated.

It has not yet been determined how Milajnović connected with the “Kavčani”, nor if he could have been on friendly terms with the Roganović, the Novljan branch of that clan.

Milos Nilovic, who was marked as Miljanovic’s target, told Crick that he was not a member of the Skaljar clan and that he was under stress due to the incident.

– As you can see in the video, that’s how it was, it lasted two seconds and that’s it. They sat down, a kamikaze came and went. We didn’t see anything, we sat in the most normal way. We are in shock, we are taking pills, we are thinking more about leaving Serbia – said Nilovic, among other things.

– At his order, he arrived at the café, who provided logistical support, but also when it should have been liquidated, he is being investigated. The operational information indicates that it was ordered by the “Kavcani”, but not specifically which member of this clan. The targets are probably Nilovic and Kostic, or one of them. We did not rule out the possibility that a third person was supposed to be the target, but that he was not in a café at the time. If that happened, the logistics of this Montenegrin failed completely, especially since the potential executor was identified, located and arrested: “Blic” learns of a source close to the investigation.
