The Third Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade ordered the 48-hour detention of suspect CD (30) for having committed various criminal acts.
The CD was first involved in a traffic accident involving a passenger vehicle at the intersection of Vojvodjanska and Nehruova streets, in which six people suffered minor bodily injuries and then left the scene without providing assistance to the injured.
– He continued with his wife, where the suspect committed psychological violence against her. After that, he returned to the apartment, continued to endanger security through social networks by threatening the life of a friend of his wife, announced the Third Basic Prosecutor’s Office of Belgrade.
According to them, the police found the suspect there and took him to his apartment in Yuri Gagarin.
– Considering that the suspect committed several criminal acts, that he was previously convicted of similar criminal acts, after the hearing, the prosecution proposed the arrest of the suspect for 30 days, which was determined by a court decision – the statement stated.
