According to epidemiologists, the focus is expected to be on measures that refer to the upcoming holidays and the expected arrival of our citizens to the country.

“One of the measures currently being considered to combat the kovid 19 virus is the introduction of a mandatory PCR test for those who come to Serbia before the next holiday, and we continue to measure measures every day and what else needs to be done to keep the situation under control, “he said. Today she is Prime Minister Ana Brnabić.

The Prime Minister said that work continues to prevent possible catastrophic scenarios, so that the economy does not close, or that there are as few closures as possible.

As they say from the medical part of the Crisis Staff, every day new measures are discussed, and some of them were written and sent for your consideration.

Among these proposals is the introduction of PCR tests upon entering our country, but also the potential quarantine and isolation.

Experts also warn that the arrival of large numbers of citizens in Serbia who could become ill here would put additional pressure on our healthcare system.

In the last 24 hours, 7,804 newly infected with the coronavirus were registered in Serbia, 54 people died and there are 319 patients with respirators, which is the highest number since the beginning of the pandemic.

There are 8,489 people hospitalized across the country.
