A company in Serbia went bankrupt! Consumers ran out of goods or money, all stores closed

The company’s accounts are blocked, contracts with the shopping centers in which they operated have been terminated due to debts, and no one answers the phones.

As we found out, the company withdrew from two well-known shopping malls in Belgrade almost overnight. Many consumers are now in an unenviable position because they have run out of the products they ordered in the previous period and without money.

Have you recently bought something from this store and have not received the product?

– I ordered the mattress on October 8, the delivery time was 25 to 30 days, that is, no later than November 7. I went several times before and they told me it was not up to them, but the mattress supplier. Call us. Nobody called, and the next time I left, it was closed, a story for Telegraf Biznis BB (30), who is now trying to get his money back.

She is not the only one. However, none of them can get their money out of the bankruptcy announcement.

– The transfer of the bankruptcy trustee must be awaited, then the claim application is submitted, which can be made by all consumers, and that is the only option so far – said Marko Dragić, NOPS legal advisor, for our portal.
