Two 15-year-olds, a boy and a girl, were seriously injured in a traffic accident that occurred last night in Prokuplje.
According to the first unofficial data, the accident occurred when the driver of a passenger vehicle of the “Passat” brand crossed to the opposite side and collided with the engine in which the teenagers were.
The teenager suffered serious injuries for which he was treated in intensive care at the Nis Clinical Center.
The driver of the car was stopped by the police due to blood alcohol. The motorcycle rider, a 15-year-old MM from Reljinac, suffered multiple injuries to his head, face and other parts of the body, and after being admitted to the Clinical Center, he was placed in an artificial ventilation machine.
The girl SK, who is from the same village, also suffered serious bodily injuries, has fractures to her upper and lower limbs, but no injuries to internal organs.
According to unofficial information, they were returning from the celebration when the accident occurred. All details of the accident are still being investigated.
