BELGIA – The Belgrade High Court has scheduled a preparatory hearing for December 1 before the trial of actor Branko Vidaković (61) due to the unauthorized possession of drugs for personal use, court spokeswoman Tatjana Tešić said.

The preparatory hearing will be closed to the public and the defendant may briefly plead guilty, after which the evidence to be presented at trial will be discussed.
MI is charged with drug trafficking, that is, a much more serious crime: the unauthorized production and distribution of narcotics, for which he is threatened with a prison sentence of three to 12 years.
An actor for unauthorized possession of drugs for his own use is threatened with a fine or imprisonment of up to three years.
Vidaković and MI were detained on July 17, when police found 20 grams of heroin hidden in MI’s medical protective mask, at the time media reported at the time, they got into a Ford car and they tried to escape from the police. patrols.
During the search of the apartment in Vracar, where the famous actor lives, the inspectors found two scales and another 10 grams of narcotics.
In the first phase, both were suspected of trafficking heroin, but the investigation established that the actor used the drugs for personal needs.
