THE NUMBER OF DEAD IN THE CROWN HAS JUST GROWED! Doctors in Serbia are not optimistic, and these are the reasons. Will this change you?

Doctors warn that in the coming days we will have increasingly serious clinical pictures among people suffering from covid, as well as more and more deaths. What is really happening, on the basis of which they have such black predictions?

Today, with 2,412 people infected in 24 hours, we beat the record since the beginning of the corona virus epidemic in our country, on March 6. Hospitals are increasingly full, currently about 1,500 patients are hospitalized and the clinical picture is getting worse …

Crisis staff member prof. Dr. Branislav Tiodorović said a few days ago that among the newly infected, young people between the ages of 20 and 40 used to make up 80 percent, but now that division is moving towards the elderly 40 to 60, which is already the 40 percent.

– Moving the virus to older age groups means it spreads more easily and that also means more severe forms of the disease that will fill hospitals. But a distinction must be made between those who show positivity and those who are sick: he said and claimed that no one alive can prove everything and that no Germany, France and only the United States can succeed.

The same is confirmed by the director of the Anesthesia and Intensive Care Clinic of the Nis Clinical Center, Dr. Radmilo Janković.

He says that in his experience, in the first wave there were patients between 50 and 70 years old, in the second much younger and now again patients between 50 and 70 years old who did not previously have any associated disease.

– They were mostly healthy before the crown. These are middle-aged to older people, 50 to 70 years old, and most of them are from the extreme south, from Vranje, Presevo and Bujanovac. Up to 90 percent of them, both on the ventilator and in the intensive care unit, have these age structures. I don’t think they are directly infected, but rather that they are younger carriers and that these people get seriously ill – Dr. Janković told “Kurir” adding that the youngest on a ventilator at KC Niš is 46 years old.

From this change in the age group of patients, it is clear that the younger population, who tend to move more and have more contacts, get sick more frequently at the beginning of the wave. However, as younger people are more resistant and with better immunity, they bear the consequences of the corona virus more easily, and many pass without symptoms and become so-called super-transmitters.

Super transmitters are our main problem!

– Currently they are the main problem in the country. They spread the virus. And its movement, in the afternoon, at night. I’m not talking about the schools, not even the faculties, but what the young virus brings after the evening meetings – said Dr. Janković.

However, the way the elderly population tolerates the virus is different. Their body and immunity are known to have been damaged over the years and potentially some of the chronic diseases, making them more susceptible to a more violent reaction to the new corona virus.

Also, at first, the younger healthy people were infected more, and now the older ones, to notice the route of transmission of the virus.

As already mentioned, in younger people, kovid does not even have to manifest itself through any symptoms and they can “lie on their feet” with this virus. However, later, without knowing that they are carriers of the infection, they meet their grandparents or parents and thus potentially transmit the virus to them.

Consequently, this leads to more infected people in the elderly population in whom this virus is more difficult to manifest, so it should not surprise us if there are more serious cases in the future, and the number of patients on the ventilator “goes crazy. “. Unfortunately, we would have more deaths on that road.

Parallel to this, it would mean that we have more hospitalized patients, and now with these numbers we are afraid of the collapse of the health system. Some healthcare institutions are already reporting that their hospital capacities are slowly filling up.

That is why it is important to comply with all anti-epidemiological measures. Wear masks, keep your distance, and wash your hands. Take care of yourself and others.
