– When I was prime minister, I also met Donald Trump and Joseph Biden. I spoke to the two of them two days apart. Then I was prime minister and the State Department organized a business tour for us. We went to the largest IT companies first, Serbian Assembly Speaker Ivica Dačić told Kurir Television.
He adds that the Serbian delegation headed by him ended the trip to the Trump Hotel in Washington.
– I went to his office the next day and the first thing I saw were the papers, he was preparing the final Miss Universe demonstration. At that time, he spoke very well about Serbia, he had sympathy for us, he admired the beauty of Ana Ivanović. He said he would like to invest. Even his people came to Vučić and me after that. They wanted to build on the site of the General Staff building – said Dacic.
A meeting with Biden followed.
– The next day I had a meeting with Biden, as vice president of the United States. He is of Irish origin and he told me that his grandfather told him that every time he saw an Englishman, he should kill him, in the sense that he had to overcome the past – Dačić said.
