Associate witness MK was a member of two criminal organizations and passed information to Zoran Mrvaljević and Vladimir Roganović, according to the indictment of the Special State Prosecutor’s Office.
He said Roganović offered to work for him and he accepted it. As he himself said, his task was that when he saw Mrvaljevic, Slobodan Vic, he called Bobo and Krsto Vujic called Kic, to warn him, and in return he received cocaine and money.
He contacted Roganović on the encrypted phone he received from him.
He claimed that Roganović remembered himself with the nickname “Villa” and that he was remembered as “Hunter”.
The assisting witness testified that Roganović explained to him how the phone worked and that if there was a blue padlock on the screen, the message was not read, and if it was a green padlock, the message was read.
An associate witness also said that Vladimir Roganović told him that he wanted revenge on Mrvaljević because he allegedly beat his brother Šćepan.
He also said that Roganović never told him who should hit Mrvaljević.
He also said that in addition to himself, Roganović added to his contacts Igor Bošnjak, who was memorized with the nickname El Grezovan, as well as Nemanja Zurovac, who was registered under the nickname Zuelements.
The associate witness described his actions in detail, stating that in the following days he occasionally went to the bar, where he normally sat, and when he saw Mrvaljević, he reported to Roganović.
He stated that in addition to informing Vladimir Roganović about the movements of Mrvaljević, Vic and Kić, he also reported on the movements of Nemanja Zurovac and Igor Bošnjak.
The witness said that his first contact with Mrvaljevic was a few days after the group around Vladimir Roganovic tried to kill Mrvaljevic with a bomb.
After that event, as the cooperating witness said, Mrvaljevic called him through Igor Glavas and asked to see him. Mrvaljevic later told him that he blamed Nemanja Zurovac for the assassination attempt. During the conversation, as Kankaras said, Mrvaljevic asked him where Zurovac was.
The associate witness, as he said, told Roganović that he did not know where Zurovac was.
The witness accepted that and when they met he asked him if there was anything to do with that fact, which the collaborating witness denied. The associate witness also said that Mrvaljevic questioned him about his relationship with Igor Bosnjak.
Mrvaljevic then told him that he was not afraid of Roganovic because even if he was killed, there was someone who would avenge him.
The special prosecutor’s office has brought an indictment against Zoran Mrvaljevic, who is accused of forming a four-member criminal organization that planned to commit various serious crimes. Your hearing is scheduled for today in Superior Court.
In addition to Mrvaljevic, the indictment includes Krsto Vujic, Slobodan Vico, Zoran Zmukic and Jovan Rizic.
Mrvaljevic was extradited to Montenegro from Serbia a few days ago, where he was arrested on July 17 by court order and is in custody. Twice he was the target of an attack: he was wounded five years ago when three unknown assailants shot him. Mrvaljevic was also shot in 2017.
