Pancevac NM (21) was arrested on suspicion of having beaten and raped a young man (19) in Bela Crkva on Monday, allegedly to take revenge on him for the conflict that the injured party had with his brother.

Drank beer
Yesterday MN (21), in whose room the crime took place, was handcuffed, apparently by journalist Kurir. It is suspected that he fled together with NM, but returned to his apartment yesterday. When the police arrested him, his family members shouted: “It is not his fault, do not handcuff him.”

– The victim and the detainee know each other. On Monday they met in the park, bought a beer, and went to MN’s room. There they drank and listened to music – relates the source and continues: – NM grabbed a bar. She struck the victim in the body. Apparently, he got angry because he remembered that the wounded man had previously hit his brother.

According to the source, the beating was followed by sexual abuse.
– He forced him to satisfy him orally, and then he raped him. The beaten young man did not have the strength to defend himself. After her life ended, NM escaped and the victim managed to go to the health center and seek help, the source says.
Doctors diagnosed her with serious injuries, in addition to those caused by rape, and called the police.

– The role of the other arrested has not yet been determined. He claims that he did not hit or rape the victim, but that he tried to avoid the conflict. However, there are indications that he was also involved in the beating.

Family members of the arrested NM say he has been troublesome since he was a child.
– He was arrested and imprisoned for robbery. His brother is also troublesome, allegedly raping someone, relatives said.

The father of the attacked young man says that he saw his son yesterday and that he looks terrible.
– He’s all swollen, his arm is in a cast, I suppose his fingers are broken. I don’t know why they hit him, I heard there were two or three of them. My son is currently in Vršac hospital – said the father.
