When asked why the dinner was not organized for the visit of the American delegation of the DFC and the special envoy of the United States for the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, Richard Grenel, as in Belgrade, the director of the Institute of Protocol of Pristina, Orhan Hajrizi, said such a thing was not planned, Gazeta Express reports.

“No, during our coordination meetings with the US embassy, the option of hosting the dinner was not mentioned, nor was there such an initiative,” Hajrizi said.

Answering the question of why dinner was prepared during Grenel’s last visit, and not now, Hajrizi said that many factors influence that.

He pointed out that in addition to the protocol, there are other services that deal with the coordination of activities during an official’s visit.

The schedule of each senior official’s visit depends on his schedule, whether he is continuing his trip, has a scheduled flight or some other activity, Hajrizi said, Kosovo Online reports.

It should be remembered that the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, received Richard Grenel and the DFC delegation for a dinner on the ship, which sailed down the Sava and the Danube, and on that occasion they exchanged gifts.
