The epidemiologist and member of the Crisis Team for the fight against the coronavirus epidemic, Predrag Kon, reacted strongly to the images and recordings of celebrations with a large number of people in Vrnjacka Banja and Smederevo and again appealed to the competent state bodies , institutions and inspections to prevent and sanction such celebrations.
“The recordings I received about yesterday’s mass celebrations from Smederevo, today from last night’s show in Vrnjačka Banja related to the same pop artist, represent a complete boycott of the measures prescribed as anti-epidemic measures,” Kon wrote on Facebook, Tanjug reports. .
He noted that, observing such recordings, all the doctors working in kovid hospitals, and especially infectologists, anesthesiologists and pulmonologists, saw the reloading of hospitals and patients on respirators, as well as that the parents of children who should go to school they are afraid.
In a Facebook post last night, Kon warned that Serbia is far from a favorable epidemiological situation and urged citizens to continue implementing the measures.
