The Dveri movement rejected accusations in some media that Radoš Pejović, as chairman of the Provincial Committee of that party for Vojvodina, joined the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) and pointed out that he was neither the current nor “until recently” president. of that committee and that Dveri left a few months ago.

“Radoš Pejović has not been a member of Dveri for several months and the chairperson of the Vojvodina Provincial Committee is Ivana Stojanović,” Dveri said in a statement.

Dveri claims that Pejović’s entry into the SNS is “only his personal shame”, which has nothing to do with his previous Dveri membership, which he left earlier.

Dveri has been recognized by public opinion for many years as a movement that puts family policy at the top of its agenda, and the exit at any time to the SNS, under whose rule tens of thousands of young people left Serbia, on the pretext that they want to deal with their family there. politics, we can only consider hypocrisy and personal ambitions to be in power no matter how long it lasts, ”the statement said.

Dveri points out that they have no doubts that publishing articles about Dveri’s transfer to the SNS in newspapers, which they described as “tabloids”, is just one more attempt by the SNS to “humiliate Dveri” and “take over family policy that does not exists”.

“But that, as well as everything else the SNS is doing, is just a lie and a sham,” Dveri said in a statement.
