In the previous 24 hours, 17,436 citizens were tested for the corona virus in Serbia, of which 5,225 were recently infected.
39 patients died and there are currently 241 patients on ventilators in Serbian hospitals.
Let us remind you, the day before, 17,530 citizens were tested for the corona virus, of which 5,226 were recently infected. 36 patients died and 242 of them with respirators.

The biggest hot spot in the crown is still in Belgrade, where another 1,451 people were recently infected in 24 hours, out of a total of 5,225.
In second place is Nis with 342, and in third place is Novi Sad, where there are 269 more newly infected. Three-digit numbers are also registered in Kragujevac and Kraljevo with 153, Pancevo (106) and Subotica, where 101 more new infected people have been registered.

By the way, the first patients from the Vojvodina Clinical Center (KCV) received today a new drug against kovid 19, Bamlanivimab.
This medicine prevents further spread of infection or progression of disease from mild to severe clinical picture.
Marija Gnjatović, from the Institute of Nuclear Energy Application (INEP), said that all the new generation vaccines, Sputnik V, AstraZeneca and Pfizer, give a faster response than Sinofarm, but that does not mean that the Chinese vaccine is not good and safe.
He added, for TV K1, that the antibodies are created later after receiving the Sinofarm vaccine, but noted that this vaccine, like others that Serbia has, is safe.
