Two Rottweilers and a Doberman were euthanized yesterday, by order of the Subotica prosecutor’s office, at the family home on Vozarska Street. They were put to sleep by the Vitulus Veterinary Service of Senta, and then they were transported to the Kikinda Veterinary Station in a van with a trailer from the PE “Kikinda” Zoological Hygiene Service.

Let us remind you, the tragedy happened on Tuesday around 9pm in the courtyard of the family home on the outskirts of Senta at 5 Vozarska Street, when the boy’s mother ordered a pizza for her son’s fourth birthday. He opened the front door to bring food, but two angry Rottweilers attacked the boy who was at the entrance of the house, not far from the door. The mother jumped to save her son, but the bloodthirsty dogs attacked her as well.

In the fight for her son’s life, she barely managed to call an ambulance in Senta, which transported them both to KC Vojvodina in Novi Sad. DB sadly passed away on the way to the hospital.
