RHMZ meteorologist Nedeljko Todorović stated on N1 Studio Live that “the precipitation has stopped”, and that it will be low intensity by the end of the week. He points out that this will be the situation on Friday.
As he said, the previous days were the most intense of precipitation, snow and rain in the south and southeast.
“A lot of rain fell in one day, almost the average monthly amount. Elsewhere, especially in the mountains, a lot of snow fell, “he says.
He adds that the precipitation has stopped.
“At the end of the week, there will be little intensity, mostly snow, possibly in some places short-term sleet, a small amount, it would not affect the existing situation,” he says.
He points out that this will be the situation on Friday.
“The temperature would not change significantly, with a slight frost at night,” he says.
From January 16 to 19, he says, it would be dry, but cold.
“The coldest period this winter, with minimum temperatures of minus 10 to minus five, sometimes even lower. And the maximum temperatures would be below zero. These are called ice days,” he says.
Then there will be snow and a slight warming, from January 20 to 23, when the maximum temperatures would turn into positive values.
“Which means that the snow would slowly melt.” After that, until the end of the month, there will be frequent clouds with rain and snow, “he says.
