Of the 2,715 cases of coronavirus, as many as were confirmed in Serbia in the last 24 hours, most of the new cases of infection were registered in Belgrade: 699, then in Novi Sad 265 and in Nis 131 new cases.

There were 87 new cases in Kragujevac, 65 in Pancevo, 57 in Kraljevo and Sabac, 50 in Vranje, 47 in Sremska Mitrovica and 41 new cases in Subotica, RTS reported.

In Zrenjanin 34 new cases were registered, while in Valjevo 33 cases of infection were reported. There were 31 cases each in Čačak, Užice, Aleksinac and Smederevo, and 30 each in Loznica and Jagodina.

There were 27 new cases in Kruševac, 26 in Leskovac, 25 in Prokuplje and 22 new cases in Stara Pazova. Smederevska Palanka registered 21 new cases and 20 new cases were registered in Kovin and Velika Plana.

In all other populated places in Serbia, fewer than 20 cases of coronavirus infection were recorded on Monday.
