Nemanja T. (18) was killed in a shooting between a young man from Zaplanjska Toponica on Saturday morning, when Milan T. (18) was also stabbed, and fourteen-year-old NJ was stabbed in the chest.

As we found out, the fight took place in aftermath. Nemanja was hit first and the case was reported to the police.
– If the police had managed to catch the attackers, there would have been no tragedy. Nemanja is our only son. He was an exemplary young man. We adopted him at the age of 39, and we just lost when he turned 18. He came home around midnight with a head injury, so we took him to the Health Center in Doljevac. He told me who attacked him and we reported the case to the police. Unfortunately, after a few hours, there was a new confrontation, in which he lost his life. After returning from Doljevac, they had a little rest with the girl in the cafe, they were supposed to go to the monument to her cousin the next day, but decided to go for a walk. The phone rang shortly before six and a woman told us that she was lying in the street. – says Nemanja’s father, Bogosav, adding that he and mother Ankica found their son in a pool of blood in the village alley a little later.
– He was bleeding profusely. He had five or six stab wounds. We tried to close the wounds with our clothes so they wouldn’t bleed. Kill him in the justice of God! There is no peace in the town of that gang. If they had been caught immediately, our son would have been alive. – screaming with sadness, said mother Ankica.

Milan’s father Dejan, on the other hand, says his son was not in conflict with Nemanja.
– Nemanja arrived in front of our house with her girlfriend around six to ask for help because someone attacked them. Nothing was wrong with him, he was unharmed. Then my son went with them to protect them and escort them home. He soon came back and said that he had been stabbed with a knife, so we should go to the doctor immediately. What happened, I don’t know – Dejan said.
Nemanja passed away on the way to the hospital, and his girlfriend (14) and Milan were hospitalized at the Nis Clinical Center. Milan has a stab in the chest and his life is in danger. The girl has a stab wound to the chest, but is not in danger of death. She will probably be the main witness to this tragic event.
