SABAC – Members of the Ministry of the Interior in Sabac arrested VG (1963) and EG (1971) in the vicinity of that city and NO (1979) in the vicinity of Vladimirac, due to the existence of reasons to suspect that they committed the crime of human trafficking.
According to the police, the suspects are accused of organizing their sexual exploitation for illegal property gains over a long period of time, taking advantage of difficult opportunities for women.
The police, by order of the High Court of Sabac, searched a commercial and residential building in Majur, where they found four girls suspected of providing sexual services and three men who were users of sexual services.
During the search of the premises, 21,840 euros, 850 Swiss francs, 2,080 dollars, 820 kuna, 700 convertible marks and 42,000 dinars were found and seized with a certificate.
According to the order of the Šabac Superior Prosecutor’s Office, the suspects were detained for up to 48 hours and will be brought before the prosecutor with a criminal report, the announcement added.
