Serbia sells 45 military complexes and real estate at prices of up to 922,000 euros

Belgrade – The state of Serbia has put up for sale 45 different military complexes and buildings in various cities that are not necessary for the operation of the Serbian army.

Almost half of the properties are located in the Belgrade city area, and among them are commercial premises, garages and military installations, the Republic Property Directorate announced today.

It is followed by Nis and Valjevo, in which more buildings were offered, the use of which is not necessary for the Serbian army.

Among the properties offered are the military complexes in Negotino, Petrovaradin, Vrsac, Raska, Surdulica, Leskovac and Knjazevac.

The initial prices of these properties range between 5.3 thousand euros for one of the garages in New Belgrade and 922 thousand euros for more than 24 hectares of land in the Sremcica complex in the municipality of Cukarica in Belgrade.

State property is sold by collecting written offers, which interested parties can submit until December 11.
