Since the beginning of the school year, the corona virus has been confirmed in 98 children, Dr. Darija Kisić Tepavčević said today after the Crisis Staff meeting for the fight against kovid-19.
Of that number, 61 infected students are primary and 37 secondary.
As Kisic pointed out, “from October 5 to today, the virus has been detected in 17 children, nine of them in elementary school students and eight in high school students.”
– It is a sporadic disease, while there were infections in three groups: once in high school with two sick students and that class is in self-isolation. Two groups are in primary schools, one in Kragujevac, where two people are sick, and the other in Belgrade, where four students are infected, Kisić Tepavčević said.
He commended the students and teachers for the evident adherence to the prescribed measures and for the unhindered and continuous teaching with sporadic illnesses and without significant spread in schools.
