In the last 24 hours, 22,404 people were tested for the corona virus in Serbia, 7,780 of them tested positive, while sadly 57 people died.
According to the latest data from the Ministry of Health and the Institute “Trampoline”, there are 245 patients with respirators in health institutions throughout Serbia.
We remind you that the Prime Minister of Serbia, Ana Brnabić, previously announced that today the number of people infected and killed by the corona virus in Serbia is up to 12 o’clock higher than yesterday.
He said the crown’s numbers are getting worse. As she said, the whole country is in a difficult situation.
– I call on everyone to understand this struggle as a struggle of each individual throughout society, I ask that the measures be respected, that we help health workers – said Brnabić after signing the contract with the contractor for reconstruction and construction of KC Vojvodina.
The director of the institute “Milan Jovanović Batut”, Verica Jovanović, also confirmed that the situation is difficult.
“One third of all those tested were positive,” he said.
Dr. Jovanović commented on the new measures taken by the Government.
– We do everything, and I really believe in that. Not only me, but also my colleagues, because only such measures can give results, only the cross-section of contact can lead to the cessation of infection, said the doctor.
