With the successful performance of the Nis High Prosecutor’s Office, the Criminal Police Directorate of the Ministry of the Interior and the police administrations of Nis, Prokuplje and Zajecar, 3.5 kilograms of marijuana were seized and nine people were arrested.
As announced by the Superior Prosecutor’s Office, NS, MS, MS, DA, SN, all of Nis and NC were deprived of liberty
from the village of Krušce, due to the suspicion that, as a group, they distributed the narcotic marijuana for a longer period, thus committing the crime of unauthorized production and distribution of narcotics.
MM from the village of Malošište was also handcuffed for the same crime, as was DA de Niš, who is also accused of illicit production, possession, carrying and trafficking of weapons and explosives, considering that 42 bullets were found during the search of his apartment. .
MK de Nis, suspected of unauthorized possession of narcotics, was also arrested. The suspects were detained up to 48 hours by order of the Nis Superior Prosecutor’s Office, and after the hearing, the High Court arrest, while NS, MS and MS will be interrogated overnight.
