Public transportation will be strengthened today with 14 additional buses on 11 urban lines and one suburban, announced the City’s Public Transportation Secretariat.
“There will be a greater number of vehicles on the lines: 17, 18, 23, 29, 33, 37, 48, 56, 95, 511 and 551. Due to the need of school-age children, the suburban line is being reinforced 4410 – Sopot – Đurinci – Mladenovac ”, it is stated. in a sentence.
The decision was made on the basis of the occupancy of the vehicles monitored and registered by the City Secretariat and GSP Belgrade.
Starting tomorrow, passenger transport will be carried out with 1,371 vehicles on urban lines and 259 vehicles on suburban and local lines.
The Ministry of Public Transportation will continue to monitor the occupation of the offered capacities and if the need arises, they will be corrected.
By recording the behavior of drivers and passengers in public transport, it was determined that drivers and passengers in more than 90 percent of cases respect the recommendations of the City Public Health Institute regarding prescribed protective measures.
