Health
All emergencies in regional hospitals and Emergency Care Units (UPA) are open 24 hours a day. The Mobile Emergency Service (Samu) also works 24/7 and can be activated by calling 192.
Basic health units (UBS) and high-cost pharmacies will not operate on Friday. The service returns the next day. In the case of the UBS, the units that open on Saturdays return that day. The others will return on Monday (11/23).
High-cost pharmacies will operate on Saturdays from 7 am to 12 noon. Outpatient clinics and polyclinics close on Friday and reopen on Monday.
Type I, II and AD Psychosocial Care Centers (Caps) will be closed on Friday (11/20). The exceptions are Type III covers, aimed at the rearguard service and in the articulation of the network, which will be attended 24 hours a day.
The Fundação Hemocentro de Brasília informs that the service will be normal, operating from 7 am to 6 pm. Remembering that, due to the new coronavirus pandemic, it is necessary to schedule blood donation or register as a bone marrow donor.
Transport
The Ministry of Transportation and Mobility informs that the buses will operate with a normal schedule of business days. The lines, schedules and itineraries can be consulted on the DF no Ponto website. The metro also operates on a scale of normal operation, from 5:30 am to 11:30 pm.
Security and inspection
The celebration does not alter the operational service of the Federal District Military Fire Department (CBMDF). The operational service operates at scale and without interruption. Like the Military Police.

The Federal District Transit Department (Detran-DF) will not provide services to the public. However, the services available on the website and in the Detran Digital application function normally.

Recreation
Parks, cinemas and the Brasilia Zoo, as well as commerce in general, will operate normally. The National Museum of the Republic opens normally and works from 10 am to 4 pm. The Memorial of the Indigenous Peoples, the Três Poderes Cultural Center and the Living Museum of Candanga History will not work.
The Viewpoint of the Television Tower works normally, from 12:00 to 18:00.

Other services
All Na Hora units will be closed. The DF Environmental Sanitation Company (Caesb) will be open. Companhia Energética de Brasília (CEB) will also operate on a normal scale.
The services linked to the Ministry of Justice and Citizenship (Sejus), which are the units of Na Hora, Procón and the Guardianship Council, will not attend the optional point.
