According to reports from residents, Korean businessman Jin Ho Chang often uses an airsoft pistol to shoot at the front building, targeting residents with dogs as his main targets.
“I feel like a prisoner, to be honest. I use half of my apartment. I no longer use the room, my curtains are closed twenty-four hours ”, revealed one of the neighbors affected by Fantástico.
