A man shot his wife and then committed suicide during a fight in the parking lot of a shopping center in Mauá, in the São Paulo metropolitan region, on Thursday night (29). Information is from R7.
Footage from a security camera at the scene captured the moment when a friend of the couple who was leaning against the car window suddenly runs off.
According to investigations, businessman Johnny Rodrigues, 28, and Natasha Paccanaro, 27, began arguing as they headed to the beach. The couple pulled into the mall parking lot and called a friend to intervene in the situation.
Even with his friend present, Johnny would have shot the woman twice and then committed suicide in the car. Natasha was rescued, had surgery and is admitted to Nardini Hospital. The businessman died on the spot.
According to the victim’s family, the couple had been together for 11 years, but the woman had asked for separation. They have a daughter. The case was referred to the 1st PD of Mauá, where the incident was recorded. The Civil Police must listen to the friend who witnessed the crime and Natasha as soon as she recovers.
