On the night of this Tuesday, the 6th, the State Secretariats for Health and Education authorized and published rules for the return of face-to-face classes in Santa Catarina, in public and private educational networks, at the levels of basic and professional education.
Even so, the return to school activities is even only for the regions of High Potential Health Risk, represented by yellow, in the Potential Risk Assessment for Covid-19, in the state of Santa Catarina.

Until this Tuesday, there are five regions in yellow: Medio Vale do Itajaí, Serra catarinense, Oeste, Xanxerê and Foz do Rio Itajaí. Therefore, Brusque falls into the authorized region.
In regions classified as Severe, in orange, only individualized pedagogical reinforcement activities are allowed.
According to the previous ordinance, face-to-face activities remain suspended until October 12. The new document does not exclude this decision. In addition, the ordinance does not inform about the return to classes in Early Childhood Education.
Back to school
The return to classroom activities will be staggered and gradual, depending on

Other rules

It is the responsibility of the Municipal Health Surveillance, Regional Health Surveillance, Civil Police, Military Police, Military Fire Department of the State of Santa Catarina, to inspect the establishments with a view to ensuring compliance with the required health measures.
It is the responsibility of the competent authorities to supervise public services
and private school transport, especially with regard to established sanitary standards
for these services.
School transportation
In school transport, there must be at least an interval between students, both in cars and in vans.
In minibuses, priority must be given to alternate seat occupation, up to the limit of one occupant per seat. On buses, seat occupancy must be alternated, as a matter of priority, up to the limit of one student per seat. Movement of standing students is prohibited.
In all modes of transport, maintain the obligation to occupy the same place every day, with the occupants registered by the monitor or driver.
