The complaint presented to the Chamber is based on the revelation by RJ2 about the existence of “Guardiões do Crivella” – group in a conversation application created to try to silence the work of journalists and avoid complaints from the population about the precarious situation of municipal health.

Voting is by simple majority. If all 51 councilors are present at the session, 26 votes are needed to start the process.

Although he was the author of one of the impeachment requests, Councilor Átila Alexandre Nunes (DEM) believes that approval will be difficult.

This will be the fourth impeachment request voted against Crivella. One was accepted and two were rejected. One of those who did not succeed was the case known as “Talk to Marcia.”
