The fourth voting intention survey for the São Paulo City Council by XP Investimentos with the Institute of Social, Political and Economic Research (Ipespe) aims to maintain the technical link between the candidates Celso Russomanno (Republicans) and Bruno Covas (PSDB). In the stimulated poll, the federal deputy has 27% and the current mayor and candidate for reelection, 25%. Since the margin of error is 3.5 percentage points (pp) more or less, the scenario is one of equality.

They are followed by Guilherme Boulos (PSOL), with 12%; former Governor Márcio França (PSB), with 8%; and Jilmar Tatto (PT), with 4%. Arthur do Val (Patriota), Andrea Matarazzo (PSD) and Joice Hasselmann (PSL) have 2%; Marina Helou (Rede), Orlando Silva (PCdoB) and Levy Fidelix (PRTB) have 1%. The other candidates were not named.

In the spontaneous survey, Covas is ahead, with 16%. Despite the numerical advantage, the mayor is technically tied with Russomanno and Boulos, both at 10%. France has 5% in this type of survey; Arthur do Val and Tatto, 3%; Matarazzo and Joice, 1%. Another 39% did not know or did not respond and 12% affirmed, in this spontaneous poll, that they will vote blank or annul the vote.
