The long-awaited announcement of the new PC RN contest is out! The document was published in the Official Gazette of the State of Rio Grande do Norte on Wednesday 25, as announced by Governor Fatima Bezerra, on the afternoon of Tuesday 24.
As expected, the Civil Police contest in Rio Grande do Norte has 301 jobs, being:
- 47 for delegate;
- 230 for the agent; Y
- 24 for registrar.
All positions have Upper level as a requirement. However, in the case of the delegate, the candidate must have a full law degree.
In May of this year, the starting and ending salaries went through readjustments. Thus, starting this November, the police will receive the following salaries.

The new PC RN contest has been awaited for years in the State of Rio Grande do Norte. Selection will take place after 12 years without notice for races.

Registration will open on the 27th
Registrations for the new PC RN contest will open at 2:00 pm next Friday, November 27, through the website of the Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), the organizing board.
Interested parties can register until 4 pm on December 21. To participate in the contest, you must pay a fee of R $ 120 (agent and secretary) or R $ 150 (delegate).
Candidates registered in the Single Registry of the Federal Government (CadÚnico) can apply for fee waiver, from November 27 to December 1.

The PC RN contest will have tests in March
Candidates for the Civil Police contest in Rio Grande do Norte will be evaluated in several stages, namely:
- objective evidence;
- discursive evidence;
- physical evaluation (except for the clerk’s office);
- practical test (only for the secretary);
- psychotechnical examination; Y
- Training Course.
How Objective tests are scheduled for March 7. The exam will be held in the city of Natal, from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (agent and registrar) and from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (delegate).
The objective test will have 100 questions, which will be distributed as follows:
Agent and Registrar
- Portuguese language (20 questions);
- Logical-mathematical reasoning (ten);
- Notions of computer science (ten);
- Management concepts (ten);
- Accounting notions (ten);
- Notions of Constitutional Law (ten);
- Concepts of criminal law, criminal procedure and extravagant legislation (15);
- Notions of Administrative Law (ten); Y
- Notions of Legal Medicine (five).
Delegate
- Constitutional Law (15);
- Criminal law (15);
- Criminal Procedure Law (15);
- Criminal law and extravagant criminal procedure (15);
- Administrative Law (15);

To be approved, a minimum of 50 questions must be answered. Only the first 600 approved candidates, in the broad contest, in the position of delegate, will have the discursive evidence corrected.
In the case of the agent and the clerk, only the evaluations of the first 1,500 and 600 approved, respectively, in the broad contest will be corrected.
According to the announcement, the speech test for the agent and secretary will be held on the same day as the target (March 7). In the case of the delegate, however, the exam is scheduled for the day March 14, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Those approved will be invited to the other stages. The PC RN contest will be valid for two years, counted from the date of approval of the final result, and may be extended once and for the same period.
Those approved in the selection will continue taking the training course. For this stage, the general delegate of the PC RN, Ana Cláudia Saraiva, already anticipated that, in addition to the 301 vacancies, more candidates will be called.
“The expectation is that, after the announcement, within a period of 240 days, we will be able to receive the personnel already hired for the training course,” said the delegate.
After the amendment to Complementary Law No. 673, the government anticipates that up to three times the number of vacancies can be summoned in the notice for the training course. Being so, 903 candidates can have a chance and PC RN.
