Preventively detained in Papuda, in Brasilia, since last Friday (12/18), the digital influencer Bolsonarista Oswaldo Eustáquio suffered an accident in his cell on the afternoon of this Monday (12/21) and had to be transferred to the Base Hospital do Federal District. According to the Secretariat of Penitentiary Administration of the Federal District (Seape / DF), the inmate’s state of health is “stable, without risk of death.”
He would be alone in the cell at the time of the accident, according to the organization, because “for reasons of security and preservation of physical integrity, he does not share a cell with other inmates.”
According to Seape, around 2:00 pm on Monday, Eustáquio “suffered a fall in his cell and hit his spine.”
A police incident was opened at Police Station 30, in São Sebastião, for the case to be investigated. The prison authorities were asked to carry out an investigation at the scene of the accident.
In fact, it is said that Oswaldo Eustáquio was found unconscious with his face in the water by an agent who came to check the leak that came from the cell where he is in preventive detention. The detainee reportedly told officers, after regaining consciousness, that he slipped while climbing on the toilet to try to heat the shower.

Oswaldo Eustáquio was transferred by the DF Criminal Police to the Base Hospital, in the center of the capital, on Monday night (12/21). According to his wife, Sandra Terena, officers informally told her that Eustáquio was injured in a fall into the toilet.
