The woman caught offending and attacking employees and customers of a bakery on the 20th, in São Paulo, was reported to the Justice by the Public Ministry (MP) on Monday (30). Lidiane Brandão Biezok, 45, was charged with racial injury, bodily injury and homophobia. Information is from G1.
Currently, the woman is under house arrest granted by the Court for having “psychiatric problems.” The complaint was made by the prosecutor Martha de Camargo Duarte Dias. Now it is up to Judge Carla de Oliveira Pinto Ferrari, from the XX Criminal Court, at the Barra Funda Forum, to decide whether to accept or reject the charge.

Bakery officials reported on the 20th of a case of a woman humiliating employees and other customers during a date. A series of videos on social media show Lidiane offending professionals and assaulting clients. The woman was arrested in flagrante delicto by the Military Police, and released hours later by the Justice to carry out house arrest.
“He called me a deer, a fag, everything he had the right to do. Why this discrimination? We are working, ”said Osvaldo da Silva Santana, one of the local employees.
Wanted by G1 in the week of the incident, Lidiane admits to having gone too far in using homophobic terms against customers, adding that she has nothing against gays and denied using racist terms against bakery employees.
According to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) of São Paulo, Lidiane does not have a legal background in the entity. When the prime minister arrested her, he even said that she was an “international lawyer.”
