The motorcyclist from a cafeteria in the city of Ouro Branco, in Minas Gerais, reacted to the threats of a man known as Jackie Chan and beat him and another boy who was accompanying him. The information is from the G1 portal.
In images recorded by the security cameras of the place, it can be seen that the man known as Jackie Chan, according to the Military Police, enters the cafeteria threatening the delivery man, who initially leaves, but when he realizes that it will be attacked, he reacts by knocking down Jackie and the other man with a cap. The video went viral on social media.
The case allegedly took place on October 12, the same date that the man known as Jackie Chan ended up on suspicion of attempted murder.
According to the police report, they called the prime minister because Jackie was threatening customers in the restaurant with a firearm and said he would kill the messenger.
According to the prime minister, after this fight, Jackie would have left the car and fired four times in another vehicle that was parked in the center of the city. The police followed his vehicle, which was going against the grain, and ordered it to stop. The man did not obey and tried to run over one of the MPs. The police even shot his car to stop him, but he still got away.
The chase continued to another neighborhood, when Jackie decided to stop the car and get out, with symptoms of drunkenness, and even threatened to attack the police, who managed to immobilize him.
Jackie even kicked and broke a wooden wall of the 65th Military Police Company, where he was taken, and refused to take the breathalyzer test. His vehicle was impounded and he was arrested on the spot on suspicion of drunk driving and attempted murder.
According to the suspect, during the chase, he reportedly disposed of the weapon he was carrying by throwing it out the window. The revolver was not found.
