The architect Aline Cristina Araújo Silva, 37, one of those involved in the controversial case that went viral on social networks after a confusion in the Leblon neighborhood in Rio de Janeiro, preferred only to make statements in court about the accusation of having defamed the production engineer Wilton Vacari Filho, 31, according to information from ‘Extra’.
According to the report, the case will be referred by the delegate Natacha Alves de Oliveira, head of the XIV DP (Leblon), to the IV Specialized Criminal Court of the neighborhood, where the case will be processed.
According to testimony provided by Wilton, she was returning from a speedboat ride on September 25 with Priscilla Dornelles and Scheila Gmach, who were wearing bikinis in her convertible car. They passed by Rua Dias Ferreira, around 8 pm, where Aline was with family and friends at the table of the Togu restaurant.
While dancing and kissing, Aline would have been uncomfortable and would have thrown bottles of water to “put out the fire” of the trio. Scheila then got out of the car and assaulted the architect. Her boyfriend even ripped off her bikini top.
