According to the head of the Civil Police of Rio Grande do Sul, Nadine Anflor, the three detainees are a bank guard in Laranjeiras do Sul, a woman who took care of the captivity and a taxi driver. A fourth suspect is on the run.

According to the police, the woman would receive R $ 5,000 to take care of the captivity. The watchman missed work and presented a certificate Wednesday citing spinal problems.

Explosive captivity

According to the director of Deic (State Department of Criminal Investigations), Sander Cajal, there was no ransom payment. “The captivity was broken, there was no negotiation,” he said. Cajal, who added that the kidnapping “fhello well organized, there is no way to say that it was something amateur “.

The doctor even contacted the captive family as proof of life. “She said that they treated her very well, that she had food and water, and that she was never physically or emotionally harassed,” Cajal said.

The police believe that, after the kidnapping, the doctor was transferred to Itá, on the border with Rio Grande do Sul. Then, she went to Chapecó (SC) and, finally, to the city of Cantagalo – 29 kilometers from Laranjeiras. From the south.

Cajal stated “it’s small” possibility of political bias in crime. However, in the past, the vigilante had a connection to a party: he was not informed which party the suspect was affiliated with.

Shock on social media

Last night, Berto Silva, a candidate for reelection in his municipality, posted on social media celebrating the rescue, with a photo of Tamires.

“The prayers were worth it. Tamires has just been released by the groups DEIC (State Department of Criminal Investigations) and TIGRE (Tactical Integrated Special Repression Groups). Our girl is returning home,” said the mayor.

Berto had made prayer chains and even made a post in honor of his daughter on doctor’s day, Saturday.
