“The conflict between the determination to return to face-to-face activities at the Belo Horizonte Military College, while the municipal entity has not yet authorized the return of face-to-face classes in the school units located in its territory, only apparent,” the magistrate explained .
According to the document signed by the judge, the officials will continue to telecommute, but the rest of the officials and students will not be affected by the previous decision, being able to attend the space.
PBH informed the State of Minas that the suspension of the Military Colgio permit is maintained, so he will not be able to resume face-to-face activities during the next week.
“The Municipality of Belo Horizonte informs that even with this decision, the suspension of alvars is still in force. Therefore, schools are not allowed to operate. However, they can open – as long as previously authorized by the Municipal Secretary of Health – higher level schools, for courses in the health area, only for laboratory and practical classes and technical education schools at a technical level ”, said the PBH in note sent report.
Sindsep, who had filed a lawsuit to prevent teaching from being resumed, said it would appeal the decision.
According to the director of the union, Jos de Arimatia Menezes, despite the fact that the new decision of the Justice maintained the prohibition that the officials -who are represented by Sindsep-, resume work in person in the teaching unit, the union understands that it is so. time back to school.
