With 100% of the polls counted at 7:30 p.m., according to data from the Superior Electoral Court (TSE), Josiel received 59,511 votes (29.47% of the votes), compared to 32,369 votes for Dr. Furlan, who they represent 16.03% of the votes.

Until the day of the elections, the composition of the second round was still uncertain due to the fierce dispute between the first four at the polls.

In Ibope’s first poll, on October 14, Capi led with 17%, followed by Josiel (16%), Dr. Furlan (13%) and Patrícia Ferraz (13%). In subsequent polls, Josiel remained in the lead, while the other three candidates took turns with each disclosure in a different position.

In the poll, which began to be broadcast at 5:30 pm, Josiel continued to be the one who received the most valid votes in this 1st round. On the other hand, the runner-up was uncertain until the end, given the small difference in votes between the other candidates.

Capi (PSB) began to receive more votes than Dr. Furlan and, with 77% of the votes counted, the Citizenship candidate surpassed that of the PSB, and remained that way until the end, guaranteeing second place for the dispute of the December 20th. .

It is the first time that both Josiel and Dr. Furlan are running for mayor of Macapá.

After two and a half hours of counting, the TSE reported that 219,161 voters (74.19%) attended the polls. Of these, 5,740 (2.64%) votes were blank and 9,512 (4.38%) were invalid. Abstention was 25.81% – which means that 75,557 voters did not attend polling stations this Sunday.

Until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday (6), 4,560 voters (6.03% of total abstentions) justified their absence through the e-Title, according to the TSE, which detailed that the application worked “correctly and without instability.”

The DEM candidate is 47 years old, married, has a university degree and declares to the TSE the occupation of technician in accounting, statistics, home economics and administration. It has a declared equity of R $ 292,118.86. The vice is Silvana, from Avante, who is 53 years old. Read more about the candidate.

Josiel is the brother of the president of the National Congress, Senator Davi Alcolumbre, also from the DEM, of whom he is the first deputy in the Senate.

In the government plan, Josiel promises improvements in areas such as education, health, and investments in public safety and urban infrastructure. See some of the proposals below:
