The Sergipe Court of Justice (TJSE) reported, at the beginning of the afternoon of this Saturday (12), that Judge Elvira María de Almeida Silva dismissed the precautionary measure filed by the Aracaju Municipal Finance Secretariat (Semfaz), for what was carried out the contest of municipal fiscal auditor.
The event was suspended by the TJSE on Friday (11), following a request from a candidate from the risk group for Covid-19 alleging health insecurity for the tests. The municipality initially filed an appeal, which was also denied. On this last decision, the secretariat has yet to comment.
The contest, which should take place this Sunday (13), has more than 8 thousand people registered. Semfaz reported that it has adopted all the sanitary measures provided for in state and municipal decrees, to guarantee the performance with the greatest possible security.
According to the agency, the protocol specifies the protocol to be adopted on the day: mandatory use of alcohol and gel masks; prohibition of any container or packaging that is not made of transparent material; social distance, among other measures.
The municipality’s Ministry of Finance also said that it increased the number of schools and classrooms for the application of tests, and adopted the staggered schedule for the entry of candidates, avoiding the occurrence of crowds.
In addition to the suspension of the tests, it was determined in the first action that the municipality would not reschedule a new date, under penalty of a daily fine of R $ 500.
