Also according to Dias, the magistrate concluded that Neymar did not do it on purpose, this being the way he found to defend himself against an accusation of rape, also made by the young woman.

Najila Trindade Mendes de Souza accused the athlete, in 2019, of having published his intimate photos on social networks when he went to Paris to meet him. To defend himself, Neymar decided to expose the intimate conversations he had with his wife.

In another case also brought by Najila, she accused him of rape. The claim was also dismissed by the Public Ministry for lack of evidence.
