  • Bill (PL) No. 5495/20: The proposal, drawn up by senators Alessandro Vieira (Cidadania-SE) and Rogério Carvalho (PT-SE), provides for the extension of the state of public calamity, allowing the government to extend emergency aid without limiting itself to the spending cap. According to the text prepared by the parliamentarians, the payments will be R $ 300 until March 31.
