OFFICE: FEDERAL SPECIALIST IN ASSISTANCE IN CRIMINAL EXECUTION
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES: Carry out tasks for classification and material activities, education, social and health care for prisoners, inmates or graduates, in accordance with Law No. 11.907 / 2009.
REMUNERATION: R $ 5,865.70 (R $ 4,361.30 referring to the basic salary, plus R $ 1,046.40 referring to the Bonus for the performance of the specialized assistance activity, referred to in Law No. 11,907 / 2009, and R $ 458.00 referring to food aid).
POSITION 1: FEDERAL SPECIALIST IN CRIMINAL EXECUTION ASSISTANCE – AREA: NURSING
REQUIREMENTS: Diploma, duly registered, of the completion of an undergraduate course in Nursing, provided by a higher education institution recognized by the MEC, and registered in the professional body.
POSITION 2: FEDERAL SPECIALIST IN CRIMINAL EXECUTION ASSISTANCE – AREA: DOCTOR CLINIC
REQUIREMENTS: Diploma, duly registered, of the graduation course in Medicine, provided by a higher education institution recognized by the MEC, and registered in the professional body.
POSITION 3: FEDERAL SPECIALIST IN ASSISTANCE TO CRIMINAL EXECUTION – AREA: PSYCHIATRIC DOCTOR
REQUIREMENTS: Diploma, duly registered, to complete an undergraduate medical course, provided by an institution of higher education recognized by the Ministry of Education, plus specialization in Psychiatry, and registered in the professional body.
POSITION 4: FEDERAL SPECIALIST IN ASSISTANCE TO CRIMINAL EXECUTION – AREA: DENTISTRY
REQUIREMENTS: Diploma, duly registered, of the completion of an undergraduate course in Dentistry, provided by an institution of higher education recognized by the MEC, and registered in the body of the class.
POSITION 5: FEDERAL SPECIALIST IN ASSISTANCE TO CRIMINAL EXECUTION – AREA: PSYCHOLOGY
REQUIREMENT: Diploma, duly registered, to complete an undergraduate course in Psychology, provided by a higher education institution recognized by the MEC, and registered in the body of the class.
POSITION 6: FEDERAL SPECIALIST IN ASSISTANCE TO CRIMINAL EXECUTION – AREA: SOCIAL SERVICE
REQUIREMENT: Diploma, duly registered, to complete an undergraduate course in Social Work, provided by a higher education institution recognized by the MEC, and registered in the class body.
POSITION 7: FEDERAL SPECIALIST IN CRIMINAL EXECUTION ASSISTANCE – AREA: OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
REQUIREMENT: Diploma, duly registered, to complete an undergraduate course in Occupational Therapy, provided by a higher education institution recognized by the MEC, and registered in the body of the class.
MEDIUM LEVEL
POSITION 8: FEDERAL CRIMINAL EXECUTION AGENT
REQUIREMENTS: Certificate, duly registered, of completion of a high school course, granted by an educational institution recognized by the competent body, and valid and unimpeded national driver’s license or permit to drive motor vehicles of at least category “B” , and that does not take into account the adaptation of the vehicle or the restriction of locations and (or) the driving time.
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES: Carry out assistance, surveillance, custody, surveillance, escort, assistance and orientation activities for people gathered in federal penal and internment establishments, members of the structure of the National Penitentiary Department of the Ministry of Justice and Public Security, and technical activities , administered and supported them, in accordance with Law No. 10,693 / 2003 and Law No. 11,907 / 2009, both amended by Law No. 13,327 / 2016.
INITIAL REMUNERATION: R $ 6,030.23 (R $ 4,170.63 referring to the base salary, plus R $ 1,401.60 referring to the Activity Performance Bonus of the Federal Criminal Enforcement Agent, which is dealt with in Law No. 11,907, 2009 and R $ 458.00 referred to food aid).
Capacity
Candidates will be assigned to DEPEN headquarters, in Brasilia / DF, or in one of the five federal prisons, located in Brasilia / DF, Campo Grande / MS, Catanduvas / PR, Mossoró / RN and Porto Velho / RO, according to the interest and need. administration.

According to the announcement, during the registration period, the registration application made for the positions of Federal Specialist in Criminal Enforcement Assistance or for the position of Federal Agent for Criminal Enforcement can be modified with respect to the city where the tests are carried out , area, system of competence and special service, being prohibited to change between the positions of Federal Specialist in Assistance for Criminal Execution and Federal Agent of Criminal Execution.
Registration Fee Exemption
There will be a total exemption from the registration fee only for the candidates supported by Decree No. 6,593, of October 2, 2008, and Decree No. 6,135, of June 26, 2007, or by Law No. 13,656, from April 30, 2008. 2018.

DEPEN 2020 Evidence of competence
Objective evidence and discursive evidence for positions / areas of Federal Specialist in Assistance to Criminal Execution will last 4 hours and 30 minutes and will be applied on the day September 6, 2020, at morning shift.
The objective tests and the speech test for the positions of Federal Criminal Enforcement Agent will last 4 hours and 30 minutes and will be applied on the 6th. September 2020, at Afternoon shift.
The objective tests, of a qualifying and qualifying nature, will have a value of 120.00 points and will cover the evaluation objects contained in the notice.

Evaluation criteria
For the posts of Federal Specialist in Assistance to Criminal Execution, the candidate who meets at least one of the following elements will be disapproved in the objective tests and removed from public competition:
- a) obtain a grade lower than 8.00 points in the objective test of basic knowledge P1;
- b) obtain a grade lower than 10.00 points in the objective test of specific knowledge P2;
- c) obtain a grade lower than 6.00 points in the objective test of complementary knowledge P3;
- d) obtain NFPO <36.00 points, in the terms defined in sub-point 9.11.7 of the notification.
For the position of Federal Criminal Enforcement Agent, the candidate who meets at least one of the following elements will be disapproved in the objective tests and removed from public competition:
- a) obtain a grade lower than 6.00 points in the objective test of basic knowledge P1;
- b) obtain a grade lower than 10.00 points in the objective test of specific knowledge P2;
- c) obtain a grade lower than 8.00 points in the objective test of complementary knowledge P3;
- d) obtain NFPO <36.00 points, in the terms defined in sub-point 9.11.8 of the public notice.
Voice test
The voice test will have a value of 20.00 points and will consist of writing an essay text, up to 30 lines.
According to the announcement, the discursive test will assess the content (knowledge of the subject), the ability to express themselves in writing and the use of the rules of the formal formal registration of the Portuguese language. The candidate must produce, in accordance with the command formulated by the exam table, an essay text, emphasizing coherence and cohesion.
The discursive test of each candidate will undergo two evaluations: a content evaluation and an evaluation of the command of the written modality of the Portuguese language.
The content evaluation will be carried out by at least two examiners. The candidate’s content grade will be obtained by means of the arithmetic average of two convergent grades given by different examiners.
Two voice test content notes will be considered convergent if they differ by up to 25% from the maximum possible content note on the voice test.
Physical Fitness Test (TAF)
The DEPEN 2020 physical fitness examination will be conducted by candidates qualified by a specific medical certificate. The stage will consist of the tests specified below:
I – for the post of Federal Criminal Enforcement Agent:
- a) fixed bar bending test, dynamic fixed bar test, as the first evaluation for male candidates, and static fixed bar test, as the first evaluation for female candidates;
- b) abdominal flexion test, as a second evaluation;
- c) horizontal impulse test, as a third evaluation; and
- d) 12-minute test run, as the fourth and last evaluation.
II – for the post of Federal Specialist in Assistance to Criminal Execution:
- a) abdominal flexion test, as the first evaluation;
- b) 12-minute test run, like the second and last evaluation.
Depen Training Course 2020
The Elimination and Classification Professional Training Course (PPC) will be regulated by public notice, by the current legal diplomas and by the specific public notice and by the Regulations of the Professional Training Course of the National Penitentiary Department for the positions of Federal Specialist in Assistance to Criminal Enforcement and Federal Agent of Criminal Enforcement.
The CFP will be held at a location that will be indicated when calling for this stage, in a specific notice that requires the student to be full-time with compulsory attendance and exclusive dedication.
The activities of the CFP will have the duration defined in the call notice for this stage and can be carried out during the day and night shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
At DEPEN’s discretion, the candidate approved and classified within the number of existing vacancies will be invited to participate in the CFP, which will be held at a location reported in the form of sub-item 18.2 of this notice.
The candidate regularly enrolled in CFP / DEPEN will be entitled, as financial aid, to 50% of the initial monthly remuneration of the position / area, on which the legal discounts will be applied, subject to the right of option for the perception of salary and benefits of the effective position of federal public servant, in accordance with art. 14 of Law No. 9,624 of April 2, 1998.

About DEPEN
