Curitiba returns to the orange flag of the Coronavirus: see what changes

The increase in cases in recent days has led Curitiba to suspend the performance of elective surgeries -those that are not emergency- under the Unified Health System.

– Establishments for entertainment, social events and related activities in closed spaces, such as party houses, events or receptions, including those with buffet service, as well as children’s and theme parks;

– Establishments for technical events, fairs, congresses, conventions, among other events of professional, technical and / or scientific interest;

– Bars and related activities;

– It is forbidden to hold meetings and meetings of corporate groups. Social gatherings should be restricted to people from the same family group, living in the same household.

Restricted operation

– Non-essential street shopping activities, galleries and shopping centers: from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., every day of the week;

– Shopping centers: from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., every day of the week;

– Restaurants and cafes: from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., every day of the week, including the buffet service in the self-service system (self-service);

– Circuses, theaters, cinemas and museums: from 6 to 22 hours, every day of the week, the consumption of food products and beverages by the public being prohibited;

– Fairs and open markets: from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., every working day.

– Retail trade of vegetables, greengrocers, groceries, beverage distributors, fishmongers and butchers: Monday to Sunday, without schedule restrictions.

– The operation of parks and squares is subject to compliance with a specific protocol, as determined by the Municipal Environmental Directorate. In parks and squares, the practice of
individual physical activities using masks.

They must operate at a maximum of 50% of their capacity

– Hotels, resorts, inns and hostels;

– Callcenter and telemarketing: from 9 in the morning (except those linked to health services or home-office, which can operate with normal capacity).
