Ceará was another state that began vaccination today. Ten health professionals were vaccinated in the state. According to Governor Camilo Santana (PT), doses of the immunizer are already being sent to municipalities in the interior of the state.
Pernambuco received 270 thousand doses of CoronaVac and began the vaccination campaign tonight. The first person to be vaccinated was the 52-year-old Barbosa dos Santos Perpetual Nursing Technician.
Around 10 pm this Monday, Mato Grosso had its first vaccinations, as well as Paraná and Amazonas.
More states and DF receive the first doses
In the morning, the Ministry of Health began distributing the first shipments of CoronaVac, a vaccine developed by the Chinese laboratory Sinovac in partnership with the Butantan Institute.
