The PC-RN contest will have a total of 301 places, distributed as follows:

On October 22, the general delegate of the State Civil Police, Ana Cláudia Saraiva, confirmed that the government will work to publish the new notice until this Saturday (31), the deadline established in the Conduct Adjustment Period (TAC). signed with the Public Ministry.

Expected charges

Requirements and salaries
To apply for a position, a higher education degree is required in any area, with the exception of the position of delegate, which also requires specific training in the area of law.

Salaries for the position of delegate reach R $ 18,752.13 for the special delegate, R $ 16,876.92 for the 3rd class delegate, R $ 15,189.23 for the 2nd class delegate, R $ 13,670.30 for the delegate 3rd class and R $ 12,303. 27 for alternate delegate.
For the agent and the dependent, the initial income is R $ 6,266.65 for the special category, R $ 5,222.20 for the 1st class, R $ 4,351.84 for the 2nd class, R $ 3,626.54 for the 3rd class and R $ 3,022.11 for the 4th class.
About the positions
The position of Delegate requires a duly registered Bachelor of Law degree, granted by an educational institution recognized by the Ministry of Education. The delegate will have the mission to initiate and preside over the police investigations and other procedures that are initiated with the Judicial Police, oriented to investigate the materiality and responsibility of the crimes; exercise the powers provided for in criminal procedural law within the jurisdiction of the police authority; request the performance of expert evidence, when necessary, or any other examinations deemed essential to clarify the fact; provide the judicial authorities with the information necessary for the investigation and prosecution of criminal cases under their direction; among other duties.
The Rio Grande do Norte Police Officer, according to the last notice, requires a diploma, duly registered, with a higher education degree, awarded by an educational institution recognized by the Ministry of Education. The Agent has the mission of collecting all the information that leads to the clarification of the crimes reported, providing the Civil Police Delegate with the necessary elements for the conclusion of the police investigation; carry out flagrant arrests, personal searches and arrests; comply with the orders issued by the competent police authority; drive, as authorized and according to the corresponding denomination, motor vehicles on police missions and in the performance of activities in the different sectors of the Civil Police; among other tasks.
Finally, the position of Registrar of the Civil Police requires a duly registered higher education diploma, awarded by an educational institution recognized by the Ministry of Education. The position has the mission of complying with the procedural formalities, in the drafting of minutes, deadlines, orders and other acts of his position defined by law; draw up records of arrest in flagrante delicto, exhibition and arrest of seizures in flagrante delicto and detailed terms and reports of occurrence, when determined by the police authority; prepare deadlines for the delivery of seized objects and values, ordered by the police authority; reduce to term statements, interrogations, testimonies, history of flagrant arrests, confrontations, recognitions, resistance, reconstitutions, withdrawals and similar police procedures; among other.
The last contest
The last contest of the Civil Police of Rio Grande do Norte took place in 2008. At that time, 438 vacancies were offered, in the positions of Registrar (107), Agent (263) and Delegate (68). The salaries offered reached R $ 2,085.78 for agents and dependents, while the delegate had an initial remuneration of R $ 7,957.18.
The proficiency test consisted of 100 multiple-choice questions, covering Basic Knowledge (30) and Specific Knowledge (70). In basic knowledge for all positions, knowledge was required in the subjects of Portuguese Language, Notions of Computer Science and Actuality.
Regarding Specific Knowledge, the requirement was according to the position, as follows:
Delegate: Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, Civil Law, Tax and Financial Law, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedural Law, Complementary Legislation to Criminal Matters and Criminal Procedure, Legal Medicine, Notions of Criminalistics and Organic Law and Statute of the Civil Police of Rio Grande do Norte.
Agent and Registrar: Notions of Criminalistics, Notions of Legal Medicine, Notions of Administrative Law, Notions of Constitutional Law, Notions of Criminal Law, Notions of Criminal Procedural Law, Complementary Legislation to Criminal Matters and Criminal Procedure and Organic Law and Civil Police Statute from Rio Grande do Norte.
The questions of the objective written tests were of the multiple choice type, with five options (A, B, C, D and E) and a single correct answer, according to the domain of the question. There will be, on the answer sheet, for each question, five qualification fields: one field for each of the five options A, B, C, D and E, and the candidate will only have to fill out the one corresponding to the correct answer, according to with the command of the question.
The written discursive test had a value of 10.00 points and consisted of the preparation of a text of a maximum of 30 lines, on the evaluation objects contained in the call.
The written discursive test aims to assess the content – knowledge of the topic, the ability to express oneself in writing and the use of the rules of the formal formal register of the Portuguese language. The candidate had to produce, based on themes formulated by the examining board, a narrative, descriptive or dissertation text, seeking coherence and cohesion.
The written discursive test must be carried out by the candidate himself, by hand, in legible handwriting, with a black ink pen, made of transparent material, interference and (or) the participation of other people is not allowed, except in the case of a candidate. who has been given special testing assistance. In this case, if necessary, the candidate will be accompanied by a duly trained CESPE / UnB agent, for whom they must dictate the text, orally specifying the spelling of the words and the graphic punctuation marks.
Physical assessment
The physical evaluation, of an eliminatory nature, evaluated whether the candidate was in full physical condition to perform the tasks inherent to the positions of Deputy Delegate of the Civil Police and Alternate Agent of the Civil Police.
