After complaints, ‘tutors’ leave the hospital doors and earn a salary to stay at home | Rio de Janeiro

The routine of intimidation of people and journalists in health units is suspended indefinitely, according to RJ2 with people who are part of the WhatsApp conversation groups that organized and demanded actions against journalists.

At least 23 tutors have already been identified (see list below). Three of them, revealed this Friday (4) by TV Globo, were on duty at the Evandro Freira Hospital, on the Ilha do Governador, in the North Zone of Rio.

One of them is Heitor Pereira de Medeiros. He was hired in August 2018 with a special position in the Secretariat of Institutional Relations with a salary of R $ 6.7 thousand.

His name is on the scale and appears with Daniela Rocha Pinto de Jesús in a photo at the door of the hospital. Daniela has already declared.

Another identified is Carlos Roberto da Silva Rocha, known as Beto. Hired in September 2019 with a special position in the Institutional Relations Secretariat. Salary: R $ 12.5 thousand.

Beto is on the scale and in photos in front of the hospital, also next to Daniela.

Ariolando Pereira, who was hired in November 2019, was also identified. I was in charge of the mayor’s office with a salary of R $ 2,000.

Beto, Heitor and Ariolando have several photos with the mayor Marcelo Crivella and Marcos Luciano, appointed as head of the scheme to intimidate people and journalists in front of the municipal hospitals.

‘Guardian’ was expelled from the PM

José Robério Vicente Adeliano, was a military police officer and expelled from the corporation on suspicion of involvement with drug traffickers and the death of a colleague in uniform, in November 1993. Adeliano went to trial and was acquitted.

José Adeliano was expelled from the corporation in January 1994. The Military Police did not report the reason for the expulsion.

One of the documents to which the report had access refers to the fact that he was an informant for traffickers.

Earn R $ 3,200 for being one of the Guardians of Crivella. He has been hired by the City of Rio since 2018.

Mayor Says He Didn’t Know About Employees

The action of this group of commissioned officials led the City Council to vote on a request to open the impeachment process of the mayor. The councilors, by 25 votes to 23, rejected the opening, but the Chamber decided to open a CPI to investigate the “Guardians of the Crivella”.

In total, 18 councilors signed the request for the creation of the inquiry commission. The creation of the CPI was published in the Official Gazette of the Chamber this Friday (4).

The mayor spoke, this Friday, of the complaint against the commissioned employees.

“From the moment of this report, in a few minutes, in a few hours, it does not arrive at two, a representation was made by a delegate who takes a judge on duty, who listens to the MP and decides at the same time. Then there is the interrogation and the judge decides at the same time. Hard and shocking measures: registration and capture and violation of confidentiality. I ask: can these things be done in service? Asked the mayor.

Crivella said he was unaware of the actions of these officials.

“An internet group meets, nobody is obliged to join or stay. What they publish there are expressions of their convictions. And also. They included me in this group. I am not an administrator of it, they included me. I never published in the group. But I thanked him, I was grateful for defending our actions. I never saw, of the times that I had time to access (the publications were many, countless) that any action against the photographer, against the press was orchestrated “, said Marcelo Crivella.

Two officials from the first echelon of the city did not comply with the summons to testify. Ailton Cardoso da Silva, special secretary of the city, and Margaret Cabral, chief of staff for the mayor.

They sent lawyers as representatives. The two appear as members of the Guardians of the Crivella group.

The police have already rescheduled the testimony of the chief of staff and the special secretary.

Next week, the two are due to go to the police station to talk about their participation in the group. The investigators also intend to finalize the analysis of all the material that was seized at the home of the commissioned officials who sought to prevent complaints about the health situation in the municipality.
